Important reminders
Creditor contact may not stop immediately
Some letters, calls, emails or text messages may still arrive while creditor systems update. Send us anything you are worried about.
Keep your new bank account active
If you changed banks, continue using the new account and make sure your income and priority bills have moved across.
Stick to your agreed budget
Your IVA is based on your income and expenditure. Let us know if something becomes unaffordable.
Ask before making financial changes
If you are unsure about credit, windfalls, overtime, bonuses, or payments, message the team first.
