For me, good debt advice starts with listening.
Everyone who messages us has a different story, and I know it can take a lot to finally tell somebody that you're struggling with money.

We may eventually need accurate information about your debts to provide appropriate advice, but not knowing everything shouldn't stop you from starting the conversation.
Do I need to know which debt solution I want?

We'll consider your circumstances and the different options that may be available. Where appropriate, we'll explain the advantages, disadvantages and potential consequences of each option.
Will I be judged for being in debt?
